  • 80 Proof.

  • 100% Blue Weber Agave from the Highlands and Lowlands of Jalisco, which are cooked and distilled separately and then meticulously combined, resulting in an unrivalled aroma and taste.

​

  • Slowly steam-roasted in traditional thick stone walled brick ovens.

​

  • Fermented 72 – 96 hours and then twice distilled, for a full-bodied agave flavor.

​

  • Master distilled in Tequila, Mexico by the most awarded tequila distillery in Mexico. 

​

  • Available in 750ml and 1L.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARA NCE

  • Bright golden hues from gold with slightly coppery tones to amber, bright and crystalline

  • Unctuous character and excellent body with good legs or long, thick tears that fall slowly and smoothly

AROMA

  • Light aromas of vanilla with extreme softness, medium character to the nose, highlighting the presence of toasted caramel and characteristic notes of oak

TASTE

  • Extremely smooth on entry, with a light chocolate, wood and prune flavour

  • Pleasant and light in character with a low aftertaste of dried fruit flavour giving the olfactory promise of vanilla with hints of sultanas, nuts and very light notes of wood
